    ACTRA is the Union of professional performers engaged in film, television, radio and other recorded media. Our membership stands at over 350 individuals, and includes actors, dancers, choreographers, singers, stunt performers, stunt coordinators, pupperteers and voice specialists.
  • Canadian Film & Television Production Association (CFTPA)
    A non-profit trade association representing Canadian companies involved in the media content production industry, the CFTPA promotes members' interests by lobbying government, negotiating labour agreements, offering mentorship programs, copyright initiatives, holding an annual conference, and producing industry publications.
  • Directors Guild of Canada - Manitoba District Council
    The Directors Guild of Canada (Manitoba District Council) is a national labour organization representing key creative and logistical personnel in the film and television industry.

  • Manitoba Motion Picture Industry Association (MMPIA)

    Manitoba Writer's Guild is the pre-eminent writing organization in Manitoba. The primary aim of the Manitoba Writer's guild is to provide services and support to writers throughout their writing lives.

    An artist-run film education, production, distribution and exhibition centre.  The WFG is a member-driven, non-profit arts organization, commited to enhancing the art of film by providing equal opportunites to make, view and discuss film.
